Pahaska Tepee, Buffalo Bill's spectacular historic lodge, is nestled amongst the pines at the foot of majestic Cody Peak. We are the closest lodging to Yellowstone's East Gate. 

Pahaska is a complete mountain community offering modern cabin style rooms, a full service bar & restaurant, gift shop, fuel, convenience store, horseback riding (June through August), trout fishing, and cross-country skiing (December through March). 

All of our rooms are in cabins with modern heating systems of quiet circulating hot water heat. Each of our rooms have modern queen beds & telephone service. Our remote location leaves us without cable television, so you will not find TV's in our rooms. Limited Wi-Fi access is available near our main lodge. Most of our rooms are designated non-smoking, however we do have a few standard rooms for smokers. 

We take great pride in our gift-shop and work hard to bring you unique and different items. We specialize in rustic mountain cabin items like tepee lamps, placemats, special Indian pottery, hat & coat racks, wildlife tapestries or blankets, cookie jars, framed wildlife prints, wall clocks, and crystal wildlife pieces. 

We offer trail & horseback rides. Our horses are gentle and surefooted enough so that the young or inexperienced rider can share the enjoyment of a ride through wilderness scenery along the wild game trails of the Shoshone National Forest.
