Living beyond cancer can bring new questions, challenges and needs—and you don't have to navigate them alone. Cody Regional Health is pleased to serve as the Cody host location for Thriving Locally: Your Guide to Rural Cancer Survivorship Services, a free educational program for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and family members. 

Join Katelyn Webb, LPC, Owner and Counselor at Pine Creek Counseling, for a conversation about integrative health and the services and resources that can support well-being throughout cancer survivorship. Attendees will learn practical strategies for managing treatment side effects, supporting physical and emotional health, and enhancing quality of life. The program will also explore supportive resources that may be available in your community, including: Oncology rehabilitation Mental health counseling Nutrition support Exercise programs Bodywork therapies Other supportive care services You'll also have an opportunity to connect with local providers, ask questions and learn about tools and resources that can help support survivorship—body, mind and spirit. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to attend.
