Centering Contemplation is a class designed to help you quiet the noise, settle your nervous system, and come back into steady connection with yourself.

Through breath, stillness, and simple reflection, this class creates space to pause, soften, and listen inward. You will be invited to move out of overthinking and into presence, using meditation and breath work as grounded practices for clarity, self-trust, and inner steadiness.

This class is for anyone craving a reset, a deeper relationship with their inner world, or a quiet place to return to themselves.  Whether you are new to contemplation, or are a seasoned professional, all are welcome.
