Our Story:
In 2013, Wyoming Gourmet Beef built the first USDA processing plant in Wyoming. It is an SQF Certified “craft” facility, where the delicious, source-verified beef snacks are hand-cut and hand-packaged. Located in the small town of Cody, Wyoming, with a population of 10,000 people, we now ship our beef products all around the world!

Joining the ranks of other readily recognized state foods such as Famous Idaho Potatoes, Maine Lobster, Wisconsin Cheese, Georgia Peaches, Washington Apples, Florida Oranges, and New York Cheesecake—our mission is now to put Wyoming Gourmet Beef on the map where it rightfully belongs in the food industry.
