Customer Service Representative / Teller
Successful applicant must be able to:
• Know all banking products, assist customers with choosing and opening accounts.
• Complete Wire Transfer Requests and Change of Address Requests.
• Complete Change of Ownership and Authorized Signer forms.
• Print off statements, assist customers with account questions.
• Handle check returns/overdraft letters, and apply/remove stop payments.
• Balance Vault, Balance ATMs, Assist Teller.
• Take check orders and assist customers with debit card issues/fraud monitoring as well as ACH disputes.
• Assist Customers with Bill Pay, Online/Mobile/Telephone Banking.
Previous banking experience recommended. Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to work as team member.
