Custer’s Last Ale
English Pale Ale, full bodied and copper colored. Hop flavor and aroma are strong and assertive. Caramel malt and English yeast produce a nutty and fruity character. Dry hopped with East Kent Goldings.
6% ABV 45 IBU
Family Style on Charcuterie Boards and small white plates for guests – Sweet Cheeks Charcuterie and Pate w/ pickled Brussel’s Sprouts and Chimmichurri with crackers.

Earned It
New England style “Hazy” IPA is brewed with cryogenically frozen hops, sent to save the world from boredom! Citra, Mosiac, El Dorado and Loral hops come together to make a citrusy and floral aroma. A low bitterness and light malt body make this beer very drinkable.
6.5% ABV ? IBU
Strawberry Street Bowls – Green Bean and Kale Salad w/ Avocado Yogurt Dressing (Chives, Pomegranate, Spicy Radish)

Zonker Stout
A rich, well-balanced foreign style stout with a large amount of roasted barley as well as chocolate, black, and caramel malts. Intense roast Character is the main attribute of this black colored beer.
6% ABV 36 IBU
Small Soup Bowl? – Cauliflower Mole Soup made with Mezcal and topped with Parmesan

Danimal’s Farmhouse Ale - Snifter
Belgian Saison Ale spiced with grains of paradise and lemongrass. Thirty percent wheat malt adds to the body. This unfiltered ale has a citrusy fruity flavor with a dry finish.
7% ABV 40 IBU
Large White Plates – Savory Herb Tart w/ Steamed Mussels and Micro Greens

Jenny Lake Lager
Vienna Style Lager made with an authentic German lager yeast to insure mild flavor profile. Imported German malts impart a rich, caramel flavor which is balanced with the subtle use of continental hop varieties. Malt forward and slightly sweet.
