MS Word Basics class
Microsoft Word is an essential tool for any individual in today's digital age. Whether you are a working professional, a diligent student or an active retiree, proficiency in Microsoft Word is a vital skill that is useful for both complex business requirements as well as basic day-to-day purposes.
This class will cover the basic functions and features of Word 2016. After an introduction to Word's window components, students will learn how to use the Help system and navigate documents. Then they will enter and edit text, create and save documents, and learn how to enhance the appearance of a document by using various formatting options. They will also create tables, insert headers and footers, proof and print documents, and insert graphics.
Basic computer skills required. CEU Credits available for this class.
