Join Cody Regional Health’s Behavioral Health and Psychiatry team this fall for a free, 3-part Mental Health 101 Evening Series at the Cody Library in the Grizzly Room.

Whether you can attend one session or all three, you’ll walk away with resources, tools, and confidence to start important conversations.

October 9 – Suicide Awareness
November 13 – ADHD

All events take place from 5:30 to 6:30PM at the Cody Library, in the Grizzly Room, 1500 Heart Mountain Street.
