Local author Cathy Ringler will launch “Miya’s Dream,” 6 p.m., Wednesday, May 29. Her debut middle grade novel tells the story of Miya Skippingbird, an aspiring barrel racer who must find the courage to step up… both inside and outside the rodeo arena.
