Community Calendar Collaboration
This meeting provides a valuable opportunity for local organizations, businesses, and nonprofits to coordinate their event schedules for the upcoming year.
The session is open to those planning fundraisers, annual meetings, festivals, and other large events, whether for-profit or nonprofit. Attendees will have the chance to announce tentative or confirmed dates for their events to the group, including Chamber staff, for inclusion on the Chamber’s calendar. Janet Jones from Cody Calendar will also be in attendance to provide additional support and event coordination across Park County.
Please note that the Events Calendar located at codychamber.org/events/calendar/ follows the below criteria, and attendance at this meeting does not guarantee a listing on the Chamber events calendar:
• Chamber Member events have priority.
• All community fundraisers and/or free events are welcome.
• For profit events cannot be part of a series of events lasting longer than 2 weeks.
• Reoccurring classes and meeting posts are prohibited.
“This event is about supporting each other in creating a smooth, well-organized year for community and business events,” said Andre Parsons, Marketing & Membership Coordinator for the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage all organizations to participate, whether you have specific dates in mind or just want to see what’s planned. This proactive planning will boost attendance and engagement across events.”
No registration is required—just bring your event plans and an interest in collaboration. The Chamber looks forward to collaborating to make 2025 a successful year for everyone.
