Bears of Grand Teton with Sue Consolo-Murphy

Author and retired wildlife manager Sue Consolo-Murphy will present her new book The Bears of Grand Teton: A Natural and Cultural History in Grizzly Hall. Drawing from over 30 years of experience with the National Park Service, Consolo-Murphy offers a comprehensive and engaging look at the history of black and grizzly bears in Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. Her talk will explore the complex relationship between people and bears, including the rise of celebrity bears like Grizzly 399, conservation efforts, and the challenges of managing wildlife in a changing world.
