The first block party of the series is an evening packed with milestone celebrations, delicious food, and local flavor. The festivities begin before the block party itself, with two ribbon cutting ceremonies leading into a street-wide celebration. 

5:00–7:00 PM — Block Party on North 13th Street The street comes alive with live music, food, and drinks from local businesses. Sitti’s Table is preparing an exclusive one-night-only menu for the occasion. The Fraternal Order of Eagles will be firing up the grill and serving barbecue. Silver Dollar Bar and Steph’s Kitchen will be serving drinks on the street under the event’s open container permit, so attendees can sip and stroll throughout the festivities. MTN GRL Wyoming will also be on hand with a special selection of featured items.

4:00 PM — Ribbon Cutting: The Dude Ranch Association Celebrates 100 Years The afternoon kicks off at 1122 12th Street with the Dude Ranch Association’s grand opening and ribbon cutting for “The Wrangle” photography exhibit, honoring a century of dude ranching heritage. The DRA is also hosting a free raffle with over $1,000 worth of local merchandise up for grabs. 

5:00 PM — Ribbon Cutting: The Thistle Celebrates 50 Years One of Cody’s most beloved businesses, The Thistle, is marking half a century in the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:00 PM. Previous owners are being brought back to join the celebration, making this a truly memorable tribute to the shop’s legacy.
