B2B: Delegating Successfully
Business to Business is a workshop series that involves business owners working together ON their business instead of IN their business.
This workshop will focus on learning 5 types of delegation and how to implement them to get the results you desire.
The goal is to successfully delegate to your team or colleagues.
This session is facilitated by Jennifer Thoma and will be held in person at the Chamber. Participants are limited to 12.
The session is free for Chamber members and $20 for non-members.
